Andrew Stafford
Hi, my name is Andrew Stafford. I’m 29 and I've lived in Los Angeles for almost all of my life. I have a long experience working with pets and dogs (10+ years housesitting)(2+ years walking and ferrying them to the dog park). And I have always enjoyed seeing them live happy and active lifestyles. I grew up caring for my friend's family dogs at their houses when they would travel. I met Sam through a mutual friend and dog walking business, John D. of Packs and recreation. I've been trying to learn as much as I can from John and Sam. My most recent previous work experience has been in the movie industry. I am a member of I.A.T.S.E. Union Local 44, and have experience working as a Greensman (trees and other plant upkeep) and Set Decorator part-time which I do I'm not working with the dogs. I Hope we get to meet you and your happy dog soon!
Sam Richter
For as long as I can remember, animals have been an integral part of my life. My parents both had countless dogs growing up and as such I was born into a multi-dog household. Some of my earliest memories involve riding our Rottweiler-Bernese mountain dog, Moose, like a horse when I was around two. Alongside Moose, I had the privilege of having a "big sister" in the form of Daisy, an incredibly intelligent husky whose presence always amazed me. When my family briefly moved to Santa Clarita, I began riding actual horses and spending time in the countryside which furthered my love and admiration of all animals and living beings. Despite also growing up with and rescuing different lizards, cats, hamsters, fish, turtles, birds, and frogs, dogs will always have a special place in my heart. Their loyalty, companionship, and unconditional love have made an everlasting impact on my life. My dedication to nurturing these connections led me to work closely with Kurt Burk (CPDT-KSA), where I honed my skills as a dog handler and deepened my understanding of canine behavior. As a psychology major at CSUN, I have a deep fascination with the mind, and animal minds are no exception. As a dog walker, I channel my love, experience, and knowledge into providing exceptional care for your furry companions. From leisurely strolls to adventurous outings, I ensure each dog's needs and preferences are met with utmost attention and affection.
Sophia Kaplanis
Hello :) I’m Sophia, I’m 21 years old and I’ve lived with and loved dogs my entire life. Early last year I rescued a one year old Doberman Pinscher named Cali who I walk multiple times daily, which means I’m experienced walking dogs that weigh over 80 lbs. I know how important it is for our furry pals to get the proper exercise, as it is crucial for their mental and physical health. Frequent exercise improves muscle, bone, and cardiovascular health in your doggies and promotes a stress-free life preventing destructive/anxious behavior.
